About the development

Thank you for visiting our consultation website! This website is intended to provide an online consultation to inform you about the emerging proposals by MMMARS Ltd (the Applicant).

The proposals are for a mixed-use development at 108-114 and 116 Dundas Street, Edinburgh. The Applicant is proposing to demolish the existing building and erect a mixed-use development including residential, office, retail and café/restaurant uses.

The site location is outlined in red on the plan below.

In accordance with the latest Scottish Government guidance regarding Covid-19 and pre-application consultation, we are holding an online live feedback event regarding the proposed development. The Applicant Team has submitted a Proposal of Application Notice (PAN) reference 20/03923/PAN, for demolition of existing building and erection of a mixed-use development on site.

The PAN was approved by City of Edinburgh Council (CEC) on 2 October 2020. The Applicant Team is currently engaging in wide ranging pre-application discussions with CEC, Historic Environment Scotland, and the Edinburgh World Heritage Trust, and this current online consultation is part of the ongoing pre-application engagement.
